A portrait of my wonderful & courageous fiancé Christophe, who has been fighting cancer since last year. He has encountered quite some bumps in the road – such as ending up in a wheel chair – but he still manages to smile and enjoy the little things in life. I’m sure he will soon beat this thing for good. Keep on smiling.
Our way home
The one thing we’ve got
As I’m a creature of habit, I probably don’t have to introduce you to Yaelle. She’s one of the few girls I like to call ‘muses’. Our shoots together are mostly rather impromptu since she lives abroad and we just make a habit out of meeting whenever she’s in the country. We decided to keep our latest shoot very simple and relaxed, just shooting inside the apartment and seeing what inspiration brought us.

To the sound of heavy rain
I’m not really what one would call a ‘fashionista’. But I can appreciate a beautiful outfit to contribute to the story of a photo. And that was exactly my plan when I contacted MUA slash stylist Katleen, and Lynn – a model who I’ve been wanting to shoot with for quite some time. This particular concept had been in my head for months so you can understand I was very happy when things finally fell into place.

My time is a little unclear
Ah October. How did you arrive so fast? It just seems like summer has blended into a new season all without me noticing. Or perhaps I’ve just had autumn fever all along…
Anywho, one of my september shoots involved Mats, a new face at Jill Models Agency. This shoot was definitely different, just for the fact that Mats is – obviously – a man. I usually shoot women, but it was high time I did something about that. Perhaps I was afraid my more ‘sensitive’ approach would be hard to match with male models. What do you think?
